The soft satin

FINOSOFT® & ULTRASOFT®

A quality and softness superior to any other satin printed label, with a glossy appearance. The yarn is 100% polyester, and the same quality runs in our Green World™ line in 100% recycled polyester. Ideal for lettering above 4 points, and our recommendation for logos and designs carrying real detail. Tear resistant, and unaffected by industrial washing, dyeing and washing processes.

Polyester

Printed on 100% polyester fiber tape with high tear strength, flat or herringbone in appearance — a soft label that still holds good body. Recommended for designs with good color saturation and medium text rather than fine detail. Choose flat taffeta tape in white, or herringbone weave in off-white. Withstands industrial washing and further processing, and available in 100% recycled tapes.

Poly-Cotton

A special tape combining natural and synthetic fibers, generally bone colored to imitate the appearance of 100% cotton tape. Soft to the touch and resistant at the same time. Recommended for designs with good color saturation and medium text without fine detail — highly durable and resistant to stitching, industrial washing and dyeing.

Cotton

Made of 100% natural cotton fiber — soft to the touch but with good body thanks to the natural texture of the fiber. Recommended for designs with good color saturation and medium text without fine detail. Naturally bone colored, and can be bleached or dyed at your request. Highly durable and resistant to stitching, industrial washing and dyeing, and available in organic cotton through Green World™.

Tyvek

A synthetic material with high tear strength, very soft and smooth thanks to a waxed finish that waterproofs the label. Recommended where you need good definition of fine detail and text from 3 points — avoid designs with heavy ink saturation. Easy to cold cut with scissors without fraying, and resistant to industrial sewing.

Tearaway

Printed on a synthetic fiber tape with a porous weave that tears very easily, so the wearer can remove it from the garment — ideal for care instructions and variable information. Specify Tearaway FCB for text and logos with low ink saturation, or Tearaway TCT for fine detail and high saturation. Can be dyed to your specification, and available in recycled polyester through Green World™.

Nylon & Coated Materials

Nylon tapes and other coated materials, synthetic with high tear resistance and a very soft, smooth wax coating that waterproofs the label. Recommended when the artwork needs high resolution, heavy color saturation or colored backgrounds, and ideal for continuous printing. Cuts easily with scissors without fraying, resistant to industrial sewing, and available in 100% recycled fibers.

The things buyers ask first

Do all of your factories use the same type of machines and are the quality and products the same across countries?
+

+

Yes, our standard products are certificated under the STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX®
