At Finotex we have a wide variety of identification products, however, the ideal one for your garment or product will depend on your need. Here are some characteristics to keep in mind when making your choice:

1. Functionality. We offer logo labels, to highlight your brand, the most commonly used are the labels that are applied on the collar of shirts or the waistband of pants. These labels can be woven, printed or heat transfers for convenience. There are also logo labels for external use, generally as part of decoration for the garment, usually in the form of embroidered shields or rubber, as well as in any decorative heat transfer technique. In addition, size and care labels are applied inside of the garments, it's recommended to use flexo, thermal or heat transfer printed options for the users comfortability.

2. Comfort. Choose identification products with a very smooth finish for those labels that will be in contact with the skin. The best option is our heat transfer techniques, available in inks that are free of harmful substances, lightweight and soft to the touch. If you need add a lot of information in your label, the recommended options are: Elite® and Ultra Elite® woven labels, Ultrasoft® and Finosoft® printed labels or thermal labels on any of the ribbons and substrates available.

3. Performance. If your garment or product will be subjected to extreme environments or used by expert personnel such as athletes, doctors, firefighters, we recommend some of our high-performance product options such as FX-Shield® heat transfers that withstand stretching and extreme temperatures (heat/cold) without losing their properties, labels with flame retardant finish, labels and heat transfers with antimicrobial properties that prevent the growth of fungi and bacteria, among other products. Consult with your sales consultant to find the right solution for your product.

4. Brand Protection. Finotex offers a complete product line to prevent counterfeiting of your brand. UV yarns and inks that react to UV light exposure, RFID sensors, 2D and 3D barcodes and numbered labels are some of our options to upgrade your identification solution into an anti-counterfeiting solution.

5. Application. The best-known way to apply a woven or printed label is by stitching during the garment assembly process. Sometimes, the label will require an adhesive reinforcement to prevent it from moving when applied, as is the case with shoe labels. When choosing the identification product, it should be considered whether the necessary equipment is available, as is the case of heat transfers, which are applied with heat press.
