Ordering
What are your turnaround times?
+

Artwork turnaround time can range from 48 to 72 hours, for quotations 48 hours; and for samples from 7 to 10 days for standard products (Woven & Printed Labels, Conventional Heat Transfers). Specialty products can take from 9 to 12 business days (Hang Tags, Decorative Heat Transfers, Rubber Labels, other special techniques).

Ordering
Can I approve my artwork/sample board via email?
+

Yes, you can scan the signed artwork/sample board and submit to us via email.

Ordering
Is there a set-up fee for rubber and specialty products?
+

Yes, price will depend on material, design, elaboration and dimension. This charge will be waived if we receive an order of the developed product within 3 months.

Ordering
Do I have to pay customs and duty if my order is shipped outside the country?
+

Orders shipped to international locations may be subject to the customs and duties charges required by that country. If the total amount of the order exceeds the minimum of US$1,000, we will assume the charges of customs, duty and shipping.

Ordering
How do I place a production order?
+

Once your artwork or sample is approved, submit the production order using the code of the approved sample. Your sales representative will email a delivery estimate within one to two business days.

Ordering
What are the minimum order quantities?
+

Woven labels, printed labels, hang tags and heat transfer labels run from 5,000 units with 1,000 per SKU. Rubber labels start at 3,000 pieces. For other specialties, ask your sales representative — and if the total order does not reach US$100, the minimums do not apply.

Artwork & Design
Is there a charge for design work?
+

No. Finotex offers our design department services free of charge to every customer, and you review and approve your label artwork before the order goes into production.

Artwork & Design
Do you need the fabric or fiber content?
+

Yes. Quotations, ink formulas and testing are all based on the fiber content of the fabric, so we need it for heat transfers and for developing samples.

Color & Technique
How many colors can my label carry?
+

It depends on the technique: woven Elite®, Damask, Taffeta and Satin carry up to 8 colors; Sublime® woven is unlimited; screen printed up to 4; flexo printed up to 6 on the front and 2 on the reverse; conventional heat transfer up to 8, though some specialties admit one color only.

Pricing
How long is a quoted price valid?
+

Quoted prices are guaranteed for one month. Once you approve, the price is held for a year — and at the end of that year we review whether it can be held for an equal or longer period.

Samples
Do you charge for samples?
+

As part of our service, Finotex offers samples free of charge for our standard products.
